Courier: journal of a modern goliard

Inspired by poetry and stories told by medieval wandering poets known as goliards, we follow a group of bike messenger-satyr couriers as they come into contact with a strange new world in The Districts of This and That Paraganda, the Time Wastes and the Riparia where the rivers flow. We follow the local guide Messenger Homie as he encounters strange, foreign satyrs Hotspur and John Breakwater and their strange companions. The story follows these characters in a landscape of post-X (post-modern, post-industrial, post-steampunk, post-cyberpunk) structures and the wastelands separating them. The satyrs report in on seasonal issues of the series and give us the news from out there. The first series “Through the Frosted Glass Door” was published in September 2024. Series 2 will be available in mid-February 2025
